We base our training on the general need of clients with respect to security services and the profile of a security officer.  Client specific training will commence once the requirement of the client is identified and understood.

We understand that the security risk industry is largely people-dependent.

We strive to attract, select and employ only the best candidates in the industry. All potential employees must have a valid Zambian Grade 12 certificate and must be of minimum age of 18 years.  All potential employees undergo psychometric assessment, integrity testing and competency evaluations to ensure that we only place people who are capable of consistently meeting – and exceeding – the specific requirements of the client’s industry. Omega has three training facilities situated in Lusaka, Ndola and Kalumbila.  We receive training material from our internationally accredited Omega Training Academy situated in South Africa.  Training focusses on providing the officers the necessary skills to effectively operate in the different environments.
