STOCK MANAGEMENT

This forms an integral part of risk management in the retail sector.  Our Security Officers are utilised in daily and monthly stock takes and the day-to-day management of stock.  The officers forms a key part in the receiving and dispatching of stock.  Systems and procedures are implement after liaison with the client to support his needs.
